Mark Nose Skin at Spar Drill Spar Pilot Holes Prep Edge to trim with 1.5HP Router and laminate trim bit using 1x1 aluminum tube clecoed at trim edge. Trim with Router adding and removing clecos as necessary to allow edge to stay flat. Be sure to wear goggles in this process because aluminum is flying everywhere.
