Set flycutter and drill trial hole in wood for size. Test on scrap AL to insure size, and test fitting sender in tank. Mark hole center position on tank. Drill a #30 pilot hole in tank. Use brace and flycutter, cut hole in tank. Debur hole in tank Blow out all scrapes and filings. Insert sender into tank. Take photos
