1. Release Web Clamps 2. Remove Clecos NOTE: Need to reverse that next time. 3. Debur rib holes 4. Pretrim skin to within 1/4" to 1/2" of Spar mark 5. Connect 2x4 to underside of skin and tighten with web clamps 6. Dimple positions 7. Drill all pilot holes. 8. Remove clamps, board, debur holes. |
