Brief Description:	Stabilator Rib Preparation
Inspected and straightened (as necessary) the stabilator ribs. Drew centerlines on rib flanges using a technique I learned from the RANSCLAN forum. The "centerlines" are to be marked 0.300" from the edges of the ribs (this is close to the flange centerline, but not exact). I used a stack of aluminum scraps as a "shim" so that the marker would draw the line precisely at 0.300" from the egde of the rib flanges.
