Brief Description:	Added Additional VS Skin Stiffener
When I had assembled and clecoed both side skins of the VS, I noticed that I had an "oil can" effect on the side skins (both sides) in the area between Rib #1 and Rib #2. The side skins would "pop" in and out. This may have been remedied when the skins were riveted to the frame, but I decided that I would add an additional skin stiffener to each skin (left and right) midway between Rib #1 and Rib #2. I called Ed at RANS and he checked and said that this would be OK.
