Follow the directions on final sizing the holes works pretty well. The only recommendation here would be to step up slowly to bigger drill bits to finally get to the 3/8" size. Otherwise the drill really wants to grab to much as it breaks through each layer. A little deburring and some general house cleaning in the shop and I have some more room to get the engine on.
