It doesn’t take much to shape the foam. I started with a rough file/grater type then with some 80 grit on a 2x4 hitting the side then across the top to match the angle. Then I followed with just a sheet of 80 grit, going back and forth across the duct tape, to match the contour. The only trouble I had is where the resin had covered the back of the foam and was harder than the foam so I had to knock it off. I think it’s good enough for now.
