Brief Description:	Noise filter intall (31B-22)
OK, there is almost no room to get my hands in there to do much of anything, but I managed to get the filter installed. I realized as I was installing that I miss read an earlier section and attached the wrong connector to the fuel pump, but I was able to switch it out. Good thing I ordered some more connectors, since I'm running through so many. I also completed section 31B-23 to install the wire cover plate. It was a little tough to get this low enough to clear the flaperon lever...just needed a little force.
