Another day of working the longerons. It took quite a while to get the shape just right, but now they both match the template (F-1234) and each other. I also took the opportunity to remove the wedge corner. I was tempted to use the table saw again, since I don't have a band saw and it worked out really well last time, but I was too nervous to try. I had some much effort into each longeron; I wasn't willing to take a chance on messing it up. Instead, I clamped up the extra angle piece and used my dremmel to follow along the edge. I covered up the good half, so if the dremmel got away from me (as they tend to do sometimes), then I wouldn't gouge the longeron. Anyway, it's all done and turned out well.
