Ok this is my first time messing with the pro seal fuel tank sealant and it was very sticky, but I used the plunger which was about to expire anyway, so mixing was pretty straight forward. Then I applied just a very thin layer so it wouldn't ooze out all over the place. It seemed to work very well, but I think I ruined a few clecos in the process. It does take forever to set up.
