Brief Description:	Attached lower cowling brackets (22-02)
I intially clamped and drilled this with the spacer in the wrong position (between the outer skin and flange), but moved it between the bracket and flange as instructed before finally riveting into place. The rivets were a little hard to squeeze, but turned out well.
