Brief Description:	Control column assembly (21-14)
Drilled out the flange holes where I could get the drill to fit, then used the drill bit with vice grip plyers to final size the remaining holes. It took a little manipulation, but managed to get the control column in place. Getting the washers in was a little tricky, but I used tape to get the first one in and then just slowly worked in the second washer. I ended up suing two AN960-10 washers on each side. Everything fits well and the control column moved freely.
