Brief Description:	Added plate nuts to bulkhead (20-02)
I primed and prepped the bulk head to receive the plate nuts. I had to drill out my first attempt on the pulled flush rivets. I used the hand puller, but it still came out to loose. Drilling it out was a challenge since it just wanted to spin. I eventually got it out and the second try worked out just fine.
