Brief Description:	Rivet outboard nose rib to counterbalance (18-03)
Deburred the holes through the stainless steel counterbalance and primed the area locally to mount the two nose ribs. Everything looks good so far. Added Info: Make sure the orientation is right for all pieces in the section. As I found out later on when building the right flaperon assembly, it's easy to make mistakes. The left is easier since it shows the right orientation in the pictures...the right is a mirror image.
