Brief Description:	Attach bracket and prep top plate (10-11)
Spent part of the week as leader at Scout camp. The replacement bracket arrived by the time I got back, so I fitted it up and drilled the holes, the right way this time. Installation looks good and I ran the string. Went to work prepping the top plate for the horizontal stabilizer. Dimpling went fine as did the riveting It's starting to get quite hot outside, so I have to pick the hours I want to work in the garage.
