Brief Description:	Attach J-stiffners to bottom skins (10-06)
Finally had some time to get back to the project. Work has been busy and I had to wait for some tools to come. I decided to go ahead and prime the inside surfaces of the tail cone skin. With the help of Cyndi, I was able to complete the J-Stiffener rivets and they turned out great. So for I like the new tool, but this has been a little frustrating trying to get what seems to be a minor attachment. The rest of the stiffener is attached with LP4-3 rivets, so I don't know why I couldn't have done that here. I can't believe it makes a difference, but I followed the manual. Also, got confirmation from Vans that the Wing kit will be ready to ship July14th. So I have 2 months to complete the Empennage and get the shop ready. I had hoped to build the wing stand cart, but there's no hurry. I'll be waiting before I can afford the engine, so plenty of time.
