Brief Description:	Bottom tail cone skin preperation (10-06)
Started prepping the bottom skins by removing the blue film completely from the inside and just around the lines of rivets on the outside of the skins. I haven't decided if I will be painting the inside of the tail cone yet, but I am still painting the ribs and stiffeners or anywhere there is metal to metal contact.
