Spent another day trying to rivet and drilling out rivets, but finally got some acceptable ones completed. I still think the AN470AD4-5 are too long for the connection of the R-1203 rib. It wants to roll over while squeezing. I think next time I run into this situation I'll grind down the rivet length a little. The manual calls out AD4-5, but AD4-4 would have been a little on the short side. Either way, i got it to work and moved on. Next step is to finish up the remaining ribs and start putting things together. At least those use the LP4-3 pull rivets...much easier.
