Brief Description:	Finishing the Elevators
In order to help balancing the elevators now and after final paint job, it was decided to use existingTooling Hole in both LH & RH E-713 elevator counterbalance arm assembies to install K-1000-5 nutplates, one AN5 bolt per side and several AN5 washers to aid with weight balancing adjustments and provide future adjustable counterweight. All holes where deburred and primed as usual.
