Brief Description:	Finishing the Elevators
Rounded off the newly cutout corners and deburred edges on HS skin (four corners) for proper elevator clearance. Aligned the elevators "in-trail" with the LH & RH horizontal stabilizers to determine neutral point of elevator movement and in order to measure clearance distances all along through the sub-assembly.
