Disassembled the trim tab. Deburred all holes and edges in all parts. Dimpled holes on E-619PP-1-020 Trim tab skin. Machine-countersunk the top of E-607PP trim tab spar to accept the dimples in the trim tab skin. Dimpled the bottom flange of E-607PP trim tab spar. Dimpled E-717 & E-718 Trim tab horns. Deburred holes and edges on newer E-616PP Trim Access Cover Plate
