Brief Description:	Preparing the Left Elevator
Dimpled E-713 counterbalance skin for the screw heads that will attach E-714 counterweight. Sanded with 200 grit wet/dry sandpaper, cleaned with Mineral Spirits, and Primed the following parts: E-701-L Elevator Skin, E-705 Root Rib, E-704, E-615PP, E-611PP, and E-610PP. Machine countersunk the top flange of E-606PP Trim Spar. Dimpled the holes for the rivets that attach E-705 to E-606PP.
