Brief Description:	Riveting the Right Elevator
Applied RTV to stiffeners in trailing edge of R-701-R. Riveted two rivets on top and two rivets on the bottom of E-713 counterbalance skin to E-701-R elevator skin to avoid the use of blind (pop) rivets. Placed E-714 (RH) counterweight in place nested inside E-713 counterbalance skin with the screws partially inserted. Inserted the elevator skeleton into E-701-R & E-713 counterbalance skin. Clecoed and riveted together E-701-R elevator skin and E-713 counterbalance skin to the understructure skeleton. Finished attaching E-714 (RH) counterweight torquing to 25 in. Lb. Primer scratches.
