Marked the inboard and aft edges of E-713 (RH) locally where E-713 (RH) overlaps the spar and rib flanges. This in order to bevel and provide a smooth transition between the E-713 (RH) counterbalance skin and the E-701-R elevator skin. Started with vixen file and smoothed out with Scotchbrite wheel
