Brief Description:	Preparing the Right Elevator
Clecoed and drilled E-703 end rib to the E-704 counterbalance rig. Clecoed and drilled the assembly to E-702 spar. Removed the ribs form the spar. Placed the E-714 counterweight on the fwd end of E-703 and E-704 as shown in plans (View F-F, DWG 5). Clecoed the E-713 counterbalance skin to E-703 and E-704, overtop of E-714. Enlarged to #12 the two holes in the forward face of E-713 counterbalance skin. Used these holes as drill guide. Used regular WD-40 as lubricant to drill bits when drilling the E-714 lead counterweight. Clecoed and drilled the WD-605-1-R elevator horn to E-702 elevator spar and E-709 rib. Disassembled the parts Dimpled E-713 counterbalance skin holes to fit the screw heads that will attach E-714 counterweight. Machine countersunk E-714 counterweight to fir the dimples in E-713 counterbalance skin. Machine countersunk E-709 attach holes on the fwd face of E-702 spar. Deburred holes and dimpled R-704, R-713, and R-709.
