Clecoed E-701-R elevator skin to E-702 (RH) elevator spar, E-703 (RH) end rib, E-709 root rib (RH), and E-713 (RH) counterbalance skin. Match-drilled all holes. Marked and disassembled RH elevator stiffeners. Deburred E-701-R skin holes and edges. Deburred and dimpled all RH stiffener holes. Dimpled all RH stiffeners. Cleaned all LH & RH stiffeners with Mineral Spirits, dried excess off with towel, air dried for 15 minutes, then primed all stiffeners.
