Brief Description:	Fitting and Riveting Stiffeners to Rudder Skin
Finished riveting the R-815 (LH) stiffeners onto the R-801PP rudder skin (LH side). One hole was damaged by a cleco. It was decided to enlarge the hole to 1/8", deburred, sanded, and dimpled to final size. It's respective stiffener hole was also enlarged to 1/8", deburred, sanded, and dimpled. Aluminum RTV was applied on hole and stiffener matching area. Then an AN426AD4-4 (1/8") flush rivet was used in place. Other two holes slightly damaged by clecos where deburred and sanded to avoid creases and/or cracks. Aluminum RTV was olso used in this holes and between skin and stiffener.
