Brief Description:	Riveting Horizontal Stabilizer
Bolted the HS-411PP center bearing assembly to RSA according to bolt and nut torque specifications of 20-25 in-lb torque. Used 23 in-lb of torque. Decided not to use torque lock (Locktite) to avoid damaging the the nylon plastic inside the nut stops. Used red neon-colored nail polish for witness marks as "torque seal". *June 20, 2012 EDIT: "Torque Seal" color changed to bright neon orange nail polish for better visualization (not pictured)
