Brief Description:	Drilling the Horizontal Stabilizer (RH)
Chose RH HS-702 FSA, HS-603PP RSA, HS-706, HS-707, HS-708 ribs. Clecoed HS-702, HS-603PP spars with HS-706, HS-703 and HS-708 ribs together according to Plan View and EIV. Drilled all ribs to spar attach holes with #30 drill (except HS-708 to HS-603PP) Un-clecoed, deburred holes, cleaned out chips and reclecoed. Clecoed on HS-810PP skin to skeleton. Enlarged aft flange of HS-708 rib to HS-603PP to #21. Marked skin holes to HS-404 and HS-405 ribs using HS-810PP skin holes as guide for approximate position. Removed and flutted HS-404 and HS-405 ribs, with flutes between holes.
