Brief Description:	Drilling the Horizontal Stabilizer (LH)
Drilled HS-405 rib to HS-801PP skin. Drilled HS-405 rib to HS-702 FSA to HS-810-1 and HS-814-1 reinforcement angles to HS-404 nose rib. Marked and drilled #40 the hole locations on fwd side of fwd flange of HS-405 rib. Attached FSA to HS-404 nose rib with proper edge distance and clearances according to DWG 3. Used these holes as guide to drill fwd flange of HS-405 rib. Match drilled all remaining holes attaching HS-801PP skin. Marked all match-drilled holes with green Sharpie marker.
