Marked location of rivet holes on HS-404 and HS-405 ribs using HS-801PP as a guide. Flutted HS-404 and HS-405 between hole marks. Marked a centerline on HS-404 and HS-405 top and bottom flanges. Aligned and clamped centerline of HS-404 and HS-405 flanges with rivet holes in to HS-801PP skin. Drilled and clecoed aft flange of HS-405 rib to HS-603 spar, using HS-603 hole as drill guide. Uninstalled pieces and cleaned out chips. Reinstalled HS-405 rib to HS-801PP skin.
