Brief Description:	Drilling the Horizontal Stabilizer (LH)
Marked all ribs RIGHT SIDE (RH)/LEFT SIDE (LH). Chose LH HS-702,HS-603PP, HS-706, HS-707, HS-708 to work with. Clecoed all pieces together. Drilled all rib-to-spar attach holes to #30 (except HS-708 to HS-603PP holes as per instructions). Un-cleacoed, deburred edges, holes and surfaces, and cleaned out chips of every LH piece. Re-clecoed assembly back together. Clecoed on the HS-801PP skin.
