Rounded off surface edges of HS-609PP Spar lenghtwise for proper sitting on both HS-603PP. Rounded off end edges of each HS-609PP to approx. 1/4R. Filed all surfaces, edges and ends of both HS-609PP to eliminate milling and forming process marks. Clecoed HS-609PP to HS-603PP in every other hole to final seating in preparation for next step.
