Since both ailerons and flaps, as well as aileron hinge brackets, and aileron-wing rear spar braces are not installed yet, I decided to start working with Service Bulletin SB16-03-28 regarding cracks of LH & RH wings spar web at the inboard aileron hinge bracket attach rivets. Read through all the steps and items covered in the SB and began working from Step 15: Labeled, separated, and deburred the Aileron Attach Doublers as shown in Figure 10 of SB page 8.
