Brief Description:	Fuel Tank Final Preparations (RH)
Removed the T-701 fuel tank skin and ribs. Final drilled #30 all holes attaching the T-702 Fuel Tank Baffle to each of the T-712 Fuel Tank Attach Z-Brackets. Removed the baffle and ribs. Clecoed all the fuel tank assembly and match-drilled the holes in the tank skin to the tank's ribs and baffle. Countersunk spanwise rows of holes in the T-701 tank skin. Drilled the spar attachment screw holes and the W-423 screw holes to final size using a #19 drill bit Marked all ribs position and disassembled the fuel tank.
