Brief Description:	Assembling and Sealing the Tank (LH)
Riveted and sealed filler neck flange and fuel vent line clip. Encapsuled rivets and clip. Fay sealed with 100% clecos outboardand inboard ribs and placed proseal fillet on inboard side mating edge. Fabricated and installed fuel return line out of 3/8" OD x 17.25" aluminum tube and flared one end. Modified the 6D AN washer/spacer to fit with the flop tube's anti-rotation bracket. Fay sealed with 100% clecos inboard rib. Fabricated and installed the first part of the diagonal anti-hangup bracket from stiffner to second inboard rib to avoid flop tube from getting caught in that side of the bay.
