Clecoed the VA-195C Access Hatch Doubler to the W-701-L Wing Leading Edge Skin. Match-drilled #40 all holes in the area using LE skin as a guide. Final-drilled #40 nutplate attach holes aling the inside edge of the access hatch doubler. Removed the reference tabs from the VA-195C Access Hatch Doubler.
