Brief Description:	Drilling the Vertical Stabilizer
Clecoed VS-808PP spar doubler to VS-803PP rear spar. Clecoed VS-410PP, VS-411PP and VS-412PP hinge bracket pairs to Rear Spar Assembly. Back-drilled missing holes in VS-410PP upper hinge bracket, using holes in spar channel and spar doubler as drill guides. Corner holes in lower VS-410PP left for fuselage assembly. Deburred all holes and edges in VS-704, VS-705, VS-706 and VS-707 ribs. Flutted them as well. Clecoed the ribs to Front and Rear spars. Final drilled #30 VS-808PP, VS-410PP (x2), VS-411PP (x2) , and VS-412PP (x2) to VS-803PP. Match drilled #30 all rib holes attached to front spar and RSA.
