Brief Description:    Fabricated rear bulkhead cover.
I can't believe this took 2 1/2hours but the problem with getting up around 4:30 to work on the aircraft is that I spend the first hour or so on autopilot. ;-) Anyway, got the rear bulkhead cover done, worked out pretty well. I used construction paper to get the outline of the inside of the bulkhead. Then I cut that out, added a couple more pieces of paper, and extended that outline out another 2 1/2 inches to cover the holes in the bulkhead. As for the rivet holes, I just drew a line roughly from center to center on each lightning hole and added rivets according to what looked good. No science here. I also primed the shelf skin. Turns out this whole side project could be done with a 3x4 sheet of aluminum which could easily be had from Home Depot or Lowes.
