Brief Description:	More rudder work
I cleaned up the skins for better fit (the notch). I squeezed the last rivets of the stiffeners a little more to make sure i didn't have a clearance issue. I also had to trim to stiffeners that would have rubbed on the shop heads of the rivets in the middle of the spar. I partially riveted on the tip rib.
