Used 80 grit sand paper fixed to a curved sanding block to take the high spots down on the fillet. Then cut strips of 8 OZ. glass starting at 1/2" in increments of 1/4" up to 2 inches. Mixed up a standard Epoxy Resin/Hardener then layed the glass. It was fairly cool in the garage, so there was not really any reason to rush. Again left this too harden overnight.
