Brief Description:	Wingtip wiring - right wing and tail lighting
Completed the wiring in the right tip and tested everything fine with the exception of the VOR/ILS/LOC antenna. I will probably need to move the aircraft outside to be within range of a signal from the SAC VOR -- perhaps I may not be able to test this antenna until Phase 1. Moved on and completed the lighting in the tail. All position and strobes work as expected. Cool!
