Brief Description:	Debur and prep upper fuselage parts
Continued with the prep work on the upper fuselage along with priming the sub-structure and the back side of the panel. Match-drilled the F-703B and F-703C to the F-703 (Panel). Began initial assembly in order to line things up for match drilling various parts to the structure.
