Brief Description:	Fitting the Horizontal Stabilizer
Spent several hours tonight verifying that the HS was in the correct postion for drilling. Took great care to be sure that the holes to be drilled (in the HS-714) were as accurate as possible because it's a "blind" drilling into the longerons later on. The trick is to start with a very small drill bit which provides for *some* adjustment (of the hole) as you increase the drill bit size. Worked out just fine.
