Began by using the drill press to counter-sync the stiffener for the VS rear spar. Then dimpled the skin using the C-Frame dimpler. After some cleaning and preparation, primed the VS sub-structure and the skin with the Napa #7220 self-etching primer. Next is assembly of the VS.
