Created a template out of light guage aluminum for the AirGizmo GPS 296 tray. Used this template to get the proper dimensions and cleco'ed this and the Compass & Clock template to the panel. Using them as a guide, I nibbled the raw material away, then carefully filed to get the correct sized holes aligned vertically and horizontal 1/8 inch from the left panel support. Very happy with the results. Next will be to prime the vertical supports for the AirGizmo and rivet them in place after locating the 4 mounting holes for the plastic tray.
