Finished priming all rudder parts and the insides of the skins with Napa 7220! This primer works pretty well - key is letting it really set up and dry before you try to mess with the parts. I sprayed in the non-clean room for better ventilation - turned out crappy... Lots of dust in the paint. I'd rather have that then a brain tumor from zinc chr. I ordered the filters for my respirator then it wont matter.
