Brief Description:	Fuel tank vent, fairings, decals
Changed fuel tankvent to front of tank to prevent fuel draining from the rear while aircraft is on the ground. Replaced stabiiser fairings with red painted self tapping screws. Need to replace a couple of main ones to rivnuts or nut plates. Installed temporary decals as requested for inspection.
