Drilled 3/8 hole for tie down and 7/17 hole for Pitot tube on Ledading edge/spar Removed LE, drilled all holes.dissasembled, deburred skins and ribs, dimpled ribs. Removed top skins, deburred and dimpled wing ribs, machine countersink spar to leading edge and top skins, dimpled lower spar and lightly machine countersink. Mounted nutplates on W919 spiceplate, drilled, deburred and dimpled all holes. Riveted nutplates on spiceplate. Deburred and dimpled J-Stringers Modified a set of 3/32 dimple dies, filed and flattened on side for tight areas, like nutplates.
