Pushrod covers |
|
|
I installed the pushrod cover at the seat. I did the lowered seat mod, so it's important to install this cover since the elevator pushrod extends above the level of the seats. To get this cover to work I had to move the pushrod to the OTHER side of the vertical member that it attaches to, on the control triangle. That member is off center for a reason, and I had it on the wrong side, so the pushrod was at an angle and the cover could not go on. That took me 1/2 hour to sort out. The plans don't call for any cover over the pushrod in the baggage compartment, but I made one of my own. It's attached to the floor with velcro. It will also get a couple of screws into one of the bulkhead channels. |
